Step 1: Go to www.canva.com If you haven’t already, sign up for a free account using your email, Google, or Apple ID.
Step 2: Access the Brand Kit
From your Canva homepage, click on the “Brand Hub” tab (on the left sidebar)
Select “Brand Kit” to start adding your branding elements
Step 3: Upload Your Logo
Click "Upload logo" and select the office logo file from your computer
Step 4: Choose Your Brand Colors
Under “Brand Colors,” click "+ Add a color"
Enter your official hex color codes (or select visually)
Tip: Use consistent shades for trust-building visuals (e.g., calming blues, clean whites)
Step 5: Select Your Brand Fonts
Choose your preferred font for headings and body text (example: Open Sans, Lato)
